Scope and data controller
This policy covers Dream Broadcast Simulator and dreambroadcastsimulator.com. Playable Future LLC is responsible for the product and the data processing described here.
The game is designed to work as a primarily local, single-player experience. Online, storefront, payment, and analytics features are used only when applicable to the feature you choose.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, settings, save slots, accessibility preferences, unlocks, and gameplay state locally. This data runs the game, restores saves, remembers preferences, and supports diagnostics.
You can remove local data using in-game controls where provided or by uninstalling and deleting the application's local data through your operating system. Steam Cloud copies may need to be managed separately in Steam.
Website and support information
The website may process ordinary technical request data, analytics events, contact-form submissions, and information you voluntarily provide when asking for support. This can include IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, referrer, timestamps, name, email address, and message content.
We use this information to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate usage, respond to requests, diagnose problems, and improve the product. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Steam and platform services
When launched through Steam, the game may use Steam ID, persona name, achievements, leaderboards, rich presence, overlay status, and Steam Cloud. Valve processes Steam account data under Valve's own agreements and privacy policy.
Platform information is used only to provide expected platform features, synchronize supported saves, display achievements or leaderboards, and diagnose integration health.
Purchases and service providers
Direct website checkout may be handled by Stripe, and entitled downloads may be delivered using private Cloudflare R2 links. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers. We may retain transaction identifiers, order status, entitlement, receipt email supplied by the processor, and timestamps needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, refunds, and support.
We use service providers only as needed to host, secure, analyze, sell, deliver, and support the product. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You can also play offline, avoid optional online features, disable Steam Cloud, and decline nonessential communications.
Children, international use, and changes
The services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as the game, website, legal requirements, or integrations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
